SADRA operates from income generated through consultancy projects that provide training, mediation and research for various clients including government departments, civil society, and the corporate sector as well as through donor funding. The organization has more than twenty associates and consultants (facilitators, trainers, mediators and researchers) affiliated to the organization and available to offer services as and when needed.
